Professional Services (PS) - Manager, Service Account Management (SAM)– PS SAM leader is responsible for the overall service delivery of the Service Account Management strategy of the professional services SAM business across APJ. You will be part of the growing Professional Services team in the industry representing the SAM business delivery within the Pure Professional Service organization driving all aspect of SAM delivery and drive the right service outcomes for Pure’s customers resulting in overall business growth.

Should You Accept This Challenge... You Will be

  • Managing the SAM delivery team across service account manager (SAM) and SAM contractors in providing service offerings to our customers.
  • Working with sales team, support organisation, partners and customers to deliver the values of the service account management as well as escalations management and closure.
  • Delivering on KPIs, including service, revenue and cost management, profit contribution impact, capacity and staff utilization, service contracting costs and customer experience.
  • Partner with sales, support, and partners to drive selling of SAM services across Enterprise accounts or new customers. Pre-sales SAM services positioning and creating value-added service offerings for customers or jointly with sales teams or partners.
  • Develop the overall SAM business strategy to drive accounts to ensure that customers’ business requirements, critical success factors, internal capabilities, timelines, and solution components to successfully position/deliver projects/programs with our PS delivery teams.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer/partner facing skills with services escalation and project delivery/management background to be successful in this role.
  • Experience in working with architects/consultants/services sales to develop service offerings that are cater for specific use-cases to drive adoption of products and services.
  • Technical background sufficient to understand the technologies and identify risks of services project.
  • Ability to translate customer business challenges, issues, and goals into opportunities where Pure’s could help customers to achieve and be successful.
  • Proven experience interacting at all levels of an organization and presenting service/delivery solutions at an Executive level.
  • Minimum 10+years of leadership experience preferred in professional service delivery, services/support account management, service escalation, project management, and service revenue management.
