A Day in the Life

We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Global Price Planning and Reporting team. Our newly created team is bringing together all activities related to price & mix forecasting and performance reporting.

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving data-driven decision-making by consolidating and validating data, creating insightful analytics, and managing stakeholder relationships. You will support the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs), perform deep dives into business drivers, and advise on methodology changes to enhance our analytics capabilities. Additionally, you will manage and enhance tools, such as the Market Share Tool, to support business growth and strategy.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analytics and reporting purposes.
• Build models supporting consolidation of Regional and Business inputs (pricing plan and target; price increase programs…).
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover business drivers and root causes of performance trends.
• Provide standard Narratives to Regions, OUs, Finance
• Support impact analysis on proposed PVM methodological changes
• Collaborate with regional teams and Finance to understand business requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on PME and POP to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate and recommend updates to analytical methodologies to improve accuracy and relevance.
• Manage and enhance the Market Share Tool

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in data consolidation, validation, and analytics.
• Proven experience in creating insightful data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI or other similar tools 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in identifying KPIs and performing detailed analytics.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Excel VBA, SQL, or other relevant programming and query languages  

Understanding of pricing metrics is desirable.
