Boeing’s Indirect Supply Chain Consumables Procurement organization has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our Strategic Sourcing Operations team.

This exciting opportunity is available at any of the following Boeing sites: Auburn, WA; Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA or Tukwila, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

• Lead negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions

• Prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements

• Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions

• Consult with internal business partners to resolve supplier performance issues

• Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities

• Participate in supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

• Develop procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support internal business partner requirements

• Develop and execute company strategic business goals and objectives

• Consult on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies

• Formalize procurement requirements with internal business partners and lead the supplier negotiation process

• Prepare and execute negotiated documents

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes

• 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 1+ years of experience with the Ariba procurement system
