We develop, manufacture, and support state-of-the-art training devices for flight and land simulation, as well as networked simulation applications. To strengthen our team in Bremen, Germany, we are looking for a

Flight Dispatcher (m/f/d)

In this role, the Flight Dispatcher will be responsible to:

  • Ensure that the Flight Operations systems are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that flights are efficiently dispatched and that all company and regulatory checks are performed.
  • Ensure the workplace remains safe at all times.
  • Conduct daily aircraft inspections and inventory checks.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or college degree in job-related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in aviation planning, scheduling or related operational and customer service focus environment.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies and systems.
  • Knowledge of commercial aviation and flight training concepts and principles.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to advise students on policies and procedures.
  • Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • An appropriate qualification in aviation or training would be well regarded.
  • Fluency in English, good German knowledge would be an advantage.
