What You'll Do
Provides support to end users in a variety of areas. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems or issues to ensure a timely resolution. Relies upon instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision.

Essential Functions:
Performs basic hardware and software technical support via phone and breakfix rotation.
Performs basic end user Microsoft Office support.
Repair, configure, and install network and label printers.
Performs disk imaging of pc related devices as well as basic configuration of network hardware as directed.
Provide clerical support for routine operations and data analysis activities as directed by supervisory staff.
Monitor, prioritize and documents Support Center tickets via iTeam task tracking; accurate and efficient documentation of time and task details.
Performs tasks essential to providing quality uptime to system users by thoroughly troubleshooting hardware and software problems to allow caregivers to deliver seamless patient care. Taking appropriate action to resolve the problems or escalate to required areas.
