Are you familiar with Technology Risk and Issue Management?
Our Technology Infrastructure Risk team is growing, so experienced Technology Risk Officers are welcome to apply.
This role will be focusing on providing Risk and Controls support to the Citi Technology and Infrastructure (CTI) End User Services (EUS), which provides the tools that enable and empower Citi's 250K staff to be productive, to collaborate effectively, and to eliminate repetitive work.
You will be responsible for:
managing and supporting multiple risk and control programs for the organization including defining the strategy, approach, processes, quality, tools and reporting that provide global risk management consistency and excellence.
establishing quarterly audit process of attributes to ensure proper calculation and control.
working closely with business partners on findings and makes recommendations on improving practices.
developing procedural implementation and change management process with Operations and Reporting team to ensure proper governance and controls exist.
examining procedures for consistency and gaps relative to regulations in addition to impacts on customer experience.
conducting internal testing of dispute processes to ensure control.
monitoring exceptions to dispute policy and identifies drivers of exceptions.
acting as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
leading Internal/External Reviews as well as Risk Reviews by acting as liaison between supported business(es) and 2nd/3rd Line of Defense.
Ideal background:
6-10 years relevant work experience in Business Risk & Controls with technical experience in 2 or more of the following infrastructure domains is a must: Compute, Cloud, End User (i.e. Desktop, VDI, M365), Network, Middleware and Database
Solid knowledge in any of the following is a plus: Technology Infrastructure Lifecycle, Vulnerability Assessment, Vulnerability Threat Management
JIRA, MS Excel, MS Access, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic is also a plus
Fluency in English
Effective organizational influencing and excellent problem solving skill are required
Third party vendor management preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Masters degree preferred.
