JR54142 INTERN - NAND CELL Process and Device

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the basics of NAND cell process development and contribute to a sub-project under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Interacts with cross functional teams to solve moderate complexity problem through technical and data analysis skill.
  • Exhibits project management skills and regularly exchanges progress to supervisor on project status, timeline and outlook.
  • Works on structural characterization (TEMs, cross section SEMs) to derive conclusions aimed to solve NAND cell device problems.
  • Understand the nuance of Design of Experiments (DoE), execute and analyze the experimental results to find optimum device behavior.
  • Periodically monitor device electrical trend and identify the causes for anomalous drift if any.

Qualifications:

  • Possess good knowledge in semiconductor physics, process and device behavior.
  • Ability to understand complex process and device problems and identify fixes through creative problem solving approach.
  • Proficient in data analysis through JMP, Minitab or other data engineering software.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written English communications-skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and possess collaborative mindset to thrive in faced paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, Major in Electrical engineering, Materials engineering, or related field
