ABOUT THE JOB:

Shipping/Receiving Specialist is responsible for incoming materials from internal and external suppliers, and packaging materials for internal and external customers, assisting freight carriers and coordinating part transport to internal and external customers, and shipping domestic and international packages via the appropriate shipping portals. The role works under some supervision and some contact with external suppliers and customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

  • Prepare, verify, and maintain all necessary shipping, logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

  • Identify and resolves any discrepancies or issues related to shipping, receiving, logistics and communicates effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate operational excellence

  • Ensure all training records are maintained. Cross train and certify in applicable logistics functions such as shipping, receiving, and stockroom departments.

  • Assist with training of uncertified Logistics members. Contribute to team and process improvements

​WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Previous experience in managing orders and updating records accurately

  • Polish fluency and communicative English required

  • Attention to details

  • Problem solving: being able to identify and resolves issues related to shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and logistical challenges promptly

  • Being able to keeps the logistics, shipping areas organized and orderly to facilitate effective operations and safe work environment

  • Advanced understanding of business expectations and department standard work

  • Nice to have: Forklift License
