Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide support and solutions, drawing on your extensive product knowledge to interpret client concerns and design effective resolutions. Your role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and performance of our applications, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support throughout their interactions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex issues. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
