Key Responsibilities
As a Territory Manager, you will be tasked with a variety of important and rewarding responsibilities:
- Verify the condition and service quality of abandoned businesses, adhering to company-defined standards for Quality, Image, and Service.
- Manage customer relationships effectively, providing advice, account control, attention to complaints, and the transmission of practical information to enhance business operations and administration.
- Assess the area comprehensively with surveys on commercial, socioeconomic aspects, and development potential. Improve company's economic outcome by managing existing contracts and securing new ones.
- Recommend price changes, special discounts, and promotions at service stations to improve customer relationships and seek new business opportunities.
- Supervise clients' collections and current accounts, collaborating in risk management to minimize delinquencies and bad debts.
- Coordinate identification/rebranding processes and other works in the businesses under your responsibility.
- Support and mentor service station personnel on technical concepts of their specialty to ensure effective work teams.
- Detect opportunities for the implementation of new businesses, ensuring the continuous evolution of the Puma Energy service station network.
- Build and maintain relationships with key actors in the area to understand and anticipate market movements.
Knowledge and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Graduate or advanced student of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced level of English.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships and negotiation skills.
- Availability to travel within the country.
- Valid driver’s license (exclusive).
