About the Role & Program:

Would you like to gain a deeper understanding of customer data and digital marketing? Then, this opportunity is for you! The Customer Experience team, under Corporate Brand, provides an opportunity to learn about the utilization of data for marketing purposes. We support various Disney businesses, such as Walt Disney Studios, Disney Channel, and Star Wars, while providing guidance on optimization of marketing programs through understanding our customers.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Burbank, CA area from January 2026 - June 2026.

What You Will Do:

The intern will provide support to our Campaign Managers on the development and design coordination of CRM marketing creatives, audience segmentation, deployment of campaigns, as well as analysis of campaign performance. • Coordinate with various Disney Business Units to collect and prep assets for campaign execution and reporting
• Identify campaign insights, support implementation of marketing strategies and develop presentations for leadership.
• Assist with testing, campaign QA, and providing insights from performance data

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms such as social media, email, push or paid search
• Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills highlighting your passion and excitement in both team and independent work
• Strong knowledge of Office tools, such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel (or similar)
• General knowledge of HTML or HTML tools

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with email marketing tools (i.e. Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Education

• Junior or Senior year preferred
• Majoring in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a closely related program
   

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
   

Additional Information:

• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 – June 2026, in Burbank, CA
• Full availability required to work full-time hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship – 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
• Able to provide own housing and reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
