What You’ll Do:

Place purchase orders based on weekly plans, review and update merchandise inbound flow plans, and coordinate adjustments to mitigate logistics changes and delays.
Analyze visibility milestone reports and other tools to identify issues impacting merchandise flow, prepare and review reports, and provide regular updates to Buyers.
Collaborate with Planning, Buyers, and other partners to address flow issues, implement discounts or cancellations, and resolve vendor problems.
Manage the vendor base, ensure timely categorization of Corporate Import Requisitions, and maintain Department Profile Records.
Work with Logistics to resolve shipping issues, ensure vendor samples are available for review, and participate in special projects as assigned.

About You:

Minimum two years of retail or merchandising experience preferred; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills under time pressure with limited supervision.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration and building strong relationships.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, with a keen interest in merchandise and an understanding of consumer buying behaviours.
