We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Centre (NOC) Manager with expertise in 4G/5G Radio Access Network (RAN) integration, troubleshooting, and configuration management. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers responsible for ensuring seamless network integration, proactive monitoring, and rapid resolution of issues across multi-vendor RAN environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and operational excellence to maintain high network performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Integration & Deployment
- Oversee integration & troubleshooting of 4G/5G RAN nodes (eNodeB, gNodeB) into AT&T networks.
- Coordinate with vendors and GCs for software upgrades, parameter tuning, and interoperability testing.
- Ensure smooth rollout of new sites and features with minimal service disruption.
- Troubleshooting & Incident Management
- Lead root cause analysis for RAN-related faults, alarms, and performance degradations.
- Manage escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams , Integration Managers and Market Directors
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
- Configuration Management
- Supervise configuration changes, parameter optimization, and consistency checks across RAN elements.
- Maintain version control and audit trails for network configurations.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and security policies.
- NOC Operations Leadership
- Manage 24/7 NOC operations and shifts, ensuring SLA adherence and high availability.
- Develop monitoring dashboards and KPIs for the team performance and ensure efficient NOC operations.
- Mentor and train NOC engineers on advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Interface with GCs, field crew, Integration Managers and senior management for issue resolution and updates.
- Provide regular reports on network performance, incidents, and integration progress.
- Contribute to strategic planning for network expansion and modernization.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in RAN integration, CM operations, and troubleshooting, particularly in AT&T networks with at least 2+ years worked as team lead.
- Hands-on in multi-vendor RAN equipments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or systems.
