As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution of extensive and multifaceted technology initiatives. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met while managing potential risks and scope changes. The individual actively drives the success and profitability of projects by maintaining high standards of service quality and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role includes fostering collaboration across teams and supporting business growth through innovative approaches and exemplary delivery practices, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with organizational goals.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of technology delivery strategies to meet project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and promote a collaborative work environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable and efficient data models to support business requirements.
- Experience in integrating diverse data sources and ensuring data quality and consistency across platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
