We’re looking for a smart, organised and unflappable Account Manager to jump into our Coca-Cola Commerce team. It’s a brilliant chance to work on one of the world’s most iconic brands - right in the thick of where creativity meets commerce.

This is a permanent role, but we also have a freelance opportunity for 7 weeks starting immediately whilst we search for the right person.

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

  • Work alongside our Senior Account Director, supporting shopper and promotional campaigns across the full Coca-Cola portfolio - Coke, Sprite, Fanta, Powerade and RTD.

  • Be part of a fast-moving, high-energy team where no two days look the same.

  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver standout retail and shopper experiences.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS/ CAPABILITIES

  • 4–5 years’ agency experience, ideally in FMCG, retail or shopper marketing

  • Confident managing multiple workstreams end-to-end

  • Excellent communicator who builds strong client and team relationships

  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive

  • Implacable financial management
  • Calm, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiar with large-scale agency systems or WPP processes (a plus, not essential)

Annual base salary range: AUD 70,208 to AUD 79,000 (depending on candidate's skills and experience)
