In this position, the Business Development Director will be responsible for initial discovery of incoming sales leads and identifying new business opportunities to better understand the needs and requirements of potential clients.  As the BD, you will initiate direct contact and secure meetings with decision makers and business leaders for Health Plans, DXS clients and Enterprise Clients.  

A successful candidate will drive all sales activity starting with prospecting potential leads to build a strong and healthy pipeline.  You will need to be a results driven, self-motivated individual who thrives in a startup environment.  This is both a strategic and tactical role as you may be involved in product development, client engagement strategy and annual goal setting.
The base salary range for this role is $130,000-$145,000 based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, location (ATX or NY) and internal equity. This position is also eligible for commission.
