Sales – Distribution Segment

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for distribution products.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and retailers in the Northern Zone.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust tactics to maximize growth.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and product launches in alignment with company goals.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Sales – Electronic Manufacturing Segment

  • Drive sales of electronic manufacturing solutions and products to OEMs, integrators, and end-users.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product development and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during sales processes.

Northern Zone Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute region-specific sales plans tailored to local market dynamics.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Northern Zone sales team to achieve targets.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
