The Team: You will join a very collegial and professional global marketing operations team that optimizes processes, technology, data and analytics to power a high-performing marketing organization and drive alignment across the funnel by managing critical, high-visibility projects, leveraging a wide variety of platforms.

The Impact: Your position on the Global marketing operations team is critical to driving alignment and focus on campaign creation and launch via both marketing automation and content experience platforms, as well as in managing the day-to-day execution and fulfilment of marketing campaigns; responsibilities also include aligning campaigns with Marketo programs and related assets, performing assigned tasks in a workflow management tool for managing daily projects. The Senior Specialist plays an integral role in driving and refining critical elements of our marketing projects, with respect to overall process improvement, data quality and key operational excellence performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will partner with SPGMI Marketing Managers on executing promotional campaigns, running and analyzing reports and driving in the campaign design process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns utilizing an integrated marketing automation platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) platform to drive growth.
  • Create and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Implement lead scoring and grading models to prioritize leads for sales follow-up.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Support all aspects of process ownership & continuous process improvement for aligned marketing group(s), including new process roll-out and change management implementation to improve business processes and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with marketers and events/website/social media team to integrate marketing automation and email marketing capabilities into tactical planning and execution.
  • Manage daily tasks and deadlines for varied marketing operations processes in the Workfront workflow management tool for efficient turnaround of departmental projects.
  • Ensure the timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing calendars, processes, and program documentation to support marketing execution.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of universe list creation methodologies. Provide guidance and proactively recommend improvements for list-building efforts.
  • Compile, manipulate, and display data in response to requests for analytical reports to support strategic planning for marketing organization.
  • Proactively identify gaps and errors in workflow/processes and work towards improving those areas.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in marketing automation technology.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications

  • MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a marketing or equivalent environment, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Marketing Automation (MAP) or Email Service Provider (ESP) platform (ex: Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written), Intermediate-to-advanced MS Excel skills, and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products including a database is required.
  • Strong organizational skills required to prioritize multiple work priorities and projects concurrently and meet established deadlines.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated track record of initiative, creativity, and innovation.
  • Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team with minimal directions.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving/research skills required with a high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with report building skills through any database management system will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with using any Email service provider (ESP)/Marketing automation platforms (E.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.), a database management tool (Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool), and/or a webinar hosting platform (ON24, Webex, Adobe Connect, etc).
  • Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
