Job Description

• Develop sustainability investment integration and stewardship workflow and
• Develop materiality framework for different industries.
• Develop SCBAM ESG score for investees – initiate, regularly monitor.
• Co-work with investment managers (analysts and fund managers) to integrate sustainability factors to investment analysis and decision making.
• ESG stewardship
• Engagement with companies
• ESG proxy voting
• ESG incorporation
• ESG integration to financial forecast and asset valuation
• Keep up-to-date good ESG practice in advanced market to improve scoring framework.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Engineer, Finance, or a related field with a strong emphasis on sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability investment analysis, ESG scoring, and integration within a financial services environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability frameworks and ESG integration strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop materiality frameworks and conduct ESG scoring.
• In-depth knowledge of current ESG practices in advanced markets and the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with stakeholders.
