Summary
The Full Stack Network Engineer is responsible for the operations and management of network and security infrastructures. This role specializes in firewalls(Palo Alto, Fortinet), Zscaler (ZPA, ZIA),SASE platforms,Juniper & Cisco switching, Fortinet SDWAN & Cisco SDWAN , Aruba Wireless, DDI, VPN & authentication services, and security observability. The engineer leverages automation, scripting, and Agentic AI frameworks to ensure resilient, secure, and efficient network and security operations across multi-vendor and multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain core routing and switching network infrastructure (Hands on experience on BGP, OSPF, Juniper & Cisco switches).
- Manage and support firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet), ensuring robust security and policy enforcement.
- Operate and manage SASE solutions (Zscaler, Prisma, Forti-SASE, or similar), integrating security and connectivity for cloud and remote users.
- Manage and support SDWAN (Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Velocloud, PaloAlto etc.)
- Manage and support SDLAN/Wireless solutions on Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Operate and manage NAC platforms such as Cisco ISE and/or Aruba ClearPass, ensuring secure network access and compliance.
- Oversee cloud networking environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), including cloud-native network controls and integrations.
- Automate network operations and routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, Ansible, or similar) and orchestration platforms.
- Administer DDI platforms such as Infoblox and/or Bluecat, ensuring reliable DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in core routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
- Hands-on experience with SDWAN platforms (Cisco,Fortinet) & expert level knowledge on BGP & OSPF protocols.
- Hands-on experience with firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet).
- Strong knowledge on implementation & troubleshooting of IPSec, GRE & client based VPNs.
- Experience with SASE platforms Zscaler(ZIA, ZPA), Prisma, Forti-SASE.
- Experience in cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with NAC platforms (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass).
- Experience in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or similar).
Certifications (Required/Preferred):
- Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise SD-WAN Implementation
- Juniper Networks Certified Associate Professional
- Fortinet NSE Level 4
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
- Certified Cloud Network Engineer (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Resource should be AI ready.
