Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned core/strategic accounts, owning end-to-end financial performance
  • Lead account-level analysis, margin optimization, pricing strategy and initiatives. Build and maintain financial models for insightful evaluation
  • Partner with Sales and Product Manager to shape account strategies, investment decisions, and long-term growth plans. Develop a deep understanding of customer economics, contract structures, and growth drivers
  • Own forecasting and budgeting processes for core accounts, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Track performance vs. plan, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial and operational health, drive digitalization in key accounts management and review
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Conduct annual price agreement reviews and maintain price quotes in the system for key accounts
  • Support QBR and MBR reviews, and perform other ad hoc analysis and special projects as required 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance
  • Proven experience supporting large or strategic accounts, customers, or business units
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales or Account Management teams
  • Background in pricing strategy & contract analysis
  • Experience in a matrixed, fast-paced, or global organization
