Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will also document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the security of our cloud infrastructure and data. Roles & Responsibilities: • In-depth experience in security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols is desired • Ability to analyze problems and restore the services as per defined SLA with ability to handle multiple deadlines and associated pressures. • Performs maintenance and changes in firewalls as required • Utilizes change management, request, and ticketing systems, documents status updates and problem resolutions • Complete All assignments in a timely manner with an acceptable level of quality • Maintains documentation related to work area • Performs customer service duties and responds to customer and project requests in timely manner. • Ability to understand customer's business needs • Highly motivated and able to work effectively under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented, placing priority on quality and the successful completion of team goals • Other related duties assigned as needed
