Prologis is seeking a Sales Manager for its Essentials business who will be instrumental in offering and selling the Essentials products and services purchased by our customers. The successful candidate has a strong (solution) selling background with entrepreneurship as DNA coupled with the ability to sell multiple products as one solution to the customer.
What is Prologis Essentials?
Prologis Essentials is Prologis’s fast growing business line focused on understanding our customers’ needs in order to develop and deliver new value-add programs, products, and services that optimize their warehouse and supply chain operations. In this role, you'll be the main lead in selling projects to set up turnkey warehouses with useful products like racking, mezzanines and sprinkler systems. In addition to this, you'll help customers optimize their spaces by facilitating installation of such products as LED lighting and heat pumps, amongst others. You'll also be the first point of contact during the move-out process by coordinating and planning with internal teams and partners. Projects vary in size from 0.2M to 10M.
Prologis Essentials is re-defining industrial real estate by designing the first warehousing-as-a-service customer experience. We are adding tremendous value to our customers beyond our real estate portfolio and positioning Prologis as an expert in providing turnkey industrial warehouse and infrastructure solutions. What’s needed in order to do that?
- Solution Selling: Educate customers on the full range of Prologis Essentials products and services, focusing on turn-key move-ins and move-outs. Bundle products such as racking, forklifts, LED lighting, office furniture, fiber backbone, cleaning machines, warehouse protection, and line marking into comprehensive solutions.
- Understand Customer Needs: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and identify how Prologis Essentials Operations products and services can meet their needs.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with leasing teams to support customers during the move-in process, ensuring a seamless transition. Similarly, collaborate with property managers and facility managers during customer move-outs to sell turn-key solutions, including our rack buy-back option and dilapidation services.
- Innovate and Adapt: Identify and develop new product opportunities based on customer needs and feedback. Continuously improve our offerings to better serve the market.
- Internal Communication: Introduce and communicate new Essentials product offerings to Prologis teams in the Polish region, ensuring alignment and awareness.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal Prologis teams and serve as the primary point of contact for our preferred vendor partners, from initial discovery through service delivery.
- Market Research and Strategy: Conduct ongoing market research and develop a sales strategy in partnership with local real estate teams to scale the business in Poland.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Participate in setting annual revenue targets and implement strategic plans to achieve those goals.

- Demonstratable 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales or managing tenders for new contracts on the 3PL side.
- Strong customer-centric mindset, focused on addressing customer pain points by offering tailored products and services.
- Proven experience in consultative sales, managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. For example, offering turn-key move-in or move-out solutions to our customers.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Fluency in Polish, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders in English.
- Willingness to travel to sites 2-3 days per week, with part of each week spent at our Warsaw HQ to support strong collaboration. The role also offers some hybrid working flexibility, either from home or in our Warsaw, Chorzów, Poznań, or Wrocław offices.
