The Senior Internal Communications Strategist plays a key role in building and executing internal communications (IC) strategies and programs that engage, inspire and empower Bose employees around the world. In partnership with the Global Head of Internal Communications, the Sr. IC Strategist supports the development of global IC strategy and planning, serves as strategic consultant to executives and key internal clients, supports the ongoing development of global IC structure, governance, policies and tools, and coordinates the execution of the global IC strategy across the company’s key business units and regions in partnership with regional IC leads. Additionally, the Sr. IC Strategist leads and oversees change communication initiatives that enable Bose to successfully implement strategic transformations and drive business outcomes.
