Job Summary

This individual will focus on establishing and subsequently leading the implementation and execution of talent & learning strategies and initiatives across Xfinity Growth, Innovation, & Experience (XGIE). This role will partner closely with the following key stakeholders – Business Leaders, Human Resources, Learning & Talent Management partners, BU & Field-based HR and Talent teams– to define and advance shared priorities and to create talent practices that enable business strategies to be realized. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a proven consultative approach, program management experience, organization skills, and business/data analytic acumen.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution and adoption of new talent practices in conjunction with Headquarters TM and XGIE HR Business Partners – inclusive of Talent Assessment, talent slating, skill-based learning solutions, and leadership program nominations – focusing on driving tangible impact and outcomes
  • Leverage tools and analytics to produce data driven talent insights that can be used to inform strategic decision making – incorporate practices with operational rigor and on a recurring basis
  • Support the development of an overarching talent strategy for XGIE used to derive and prioritize actions across talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, compensation, organizational design
  • Partner on the design, development, implementation, and execution of specific programs/initiatives to support the development of strategic skills/talent/roles for the business
  • Drive the adoption of CareerHub, in partnership with stakeholders, across XGIE talent segments while continuing to educate all employees on the benefits/enhancements
  • Conduct benchmarking and best practice research; present findings to stakeholders to encourage consideration of alternative approaches to support the attraction, development, and retention of talent
  • Supports business strategy and objectives, and enables a talent return on investment through consultation with HR and Business leaders to understand talent needs, develop plans/processes to resolve business and/or organizational solutions, and to construct talent solutions aligned to strategy
  • Work closely with Business Unit and Division Talent Management to apply a more holistic approach to talent across the enterprise
  • Program and project management of key recurring and non-recurring talent initiatives (inclusive of reporting, deck preparation, analysis, project plans, etc)

Experience Required:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in HR, Communications, Business, IT or Engineering.  
  • MBA or other post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields a plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated talent management, leadership/staff development or organizational consulting experience.  
  • Previous consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Executive and leadership coaching experience preferred
  • Project management and organization skills to handle multiple projects (small and large) with conflicting priorities and deliver projects on time with excellence
  • Demonstrated data analytics capabilities with the ability to identify insights, alternative solutions, and recommendations
  • Strong PC, Excel, and Power Point skills. Tableau or other data visualization skills are preferred 
  • Experience in the change management aspect of new programs and initiatives
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with Workday or other HRIS systems.

Compensation

National Pay Range: $72,343.08 USD-$169,554.08 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
