We are looking for a professional and dynamic Bilingual Receptionist to be the face and voice of our company. As the first point of contact, this role is essential in providing initial guidance to employees and building visitors. You will be responsible for reception operations, communication management in both languages, and essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Management: Cordially greet visitors, clients, and suppliers in both English and Portuguese; manage the check-in process and notify the relevant employees.

  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls; respond to emails and inquiries with professional fluency in both languages.

  • Translation Support: Assist with basic document translation (emails, forms, or notices) and provide verbal interpretation for non-local speakers when necessary.

  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule meetings, manage conference room bookings, organize mail/deliveries, and maintain an organized reception area.

  • Office Support: Assist various departments with data entry, filing, and coordination of simple projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in or completed a University degree.

  • Fluency (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese is mandatory

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service-focused mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with multi-line phone systems

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace will be considered an advantage.

  • Knowledge in reception, customer service, or administrative roles


Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday)
Location: South Zone – São Paulo/SP
