Summary: As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Natural Skill to develop and implement innovative solutions for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Perform advanced automated systems development work in support of the UI Benefits system. 2. Responsible for activities during all phases of the system development life cycle including external customer service, analyzing and documenting requirements, coding, testing as well as resolving software, data, hardware and reporting problems and troubleshooting system issues for internal and external clients. 3. Develops and tests COBOL, Natural and JCL Applications that meet design specifications, including accessibility and usability requirements. 4. 3 or more years of experience with Adabas/Natural - on mainframe and/or windows platform. 5. Experience with mainframe legacy tools - MVS, CICS, JCL. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Should have knowledge in ADABAS database theory, techniques, and structures. 2. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. 3. Hands on experience on Natural editor running in TN3270 session along with new IDE is NaturalOne 4. Integration and Migration : Integrate Natural Adabas applications with other systems or databases within the mainframe environment. 5. knowledge on data cleaning, transformation 6.
