Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining McKesson’s critical data assets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and security. MDM Analysts work closely with stakeholders to understand the organization's data requirements and develop strategies to manage McKesson’s master data

Responsible for the development, analysis and modeling of operational, economic, management, accounting and other organizational data. Provides recommendation solutions to new and complex problems, develops innovative strategies, quantifies the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets, evaluates the potential impact of changes and reports on economic forecasts that affect the industry.

CAREER LEVEL DESCRIPTION: Demonstrates competence in own area, and has mastered most of the basic job functions.  May still be acquiring higher skill level, and gaining exposure to more complex tasks within job function.  Typically works with moderate guidance in area of knowledge.  Includes those who have completed formal training programs.

KNOWLEDGE: Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.  Still developing skills and knowledge necessary at career level.

PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope.  Uses judgment within defined practices and procedures.  Handles projects which have short term focus. MINIMUM EDUCATION & TYPICAL EXPERIENCE OR EQUIV. COMBINATION: Works under normal supervision.  Incumbents still occasionally directed on several aspects of their work.  Follows established directions.  Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$71,800 - $119,600
