Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Should have robust AWS cloud capabilities, proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation, expertise in DevOps automation, and strong Python programming skills specifically geared towards automating infrastructure set up.
- Should be able use Terraform & Cloud Formation to set up the AWS Services such as Bedrock, Agent CORE, Open Search, AWS Guardrail, API Gateway, S3 Vector, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, EKS/ECS etc.
- Create and Manage multi module and multi workspace in Terraform / Cloud Formation
- Should have strong exposure to Security on AWS – IAM, KMS, VPC, NAT
- Should have strong exposure to resilience and support chaos testing / disaster recovery et all by setting up the services across multi region / multiple AZ and multiple
- Should set up observability and monitoring using cloudwatch, Grafana and prometheus
- Should be able to set up the branches and pipelines in Gitlab and manage end to end dev ops
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment using AWS services.
- Strong knowledge of scalable system design and distributed computing principles.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools and automation frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications for performance and cost efficiency.
- Understanding of security best practices within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
