Business Change Advisor, Kansas Claims and Operations
Location: Topeka KS, or Olathe, KS
This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Kansas Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
The Business Change Advisor for Kansas Claims and Operations will be responsible for assisting the management within the business unit and the organization in bridging the gap between the current and desired business performance levels and balancing short-term business needs with long-term perspectives on success to ensure that our change journey produces desired results.

• Helps build and support the company's change network.
• Communicates information from a variety of sources through newsletters, dashboards and presentations.
• Promotes benefits of function within region as well as throughout the company.
Minimum Requirements:
• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 2 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
• Experience in overseeing claims and encounter submission and processing
• Experience with ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of processing of payment and reporting.
• Experience in the claims review and adjudication process.
• A history of improving the quality of claims processing to avoid mistakes, improve efficiency, and timeliness.
• Experience working with healthcare providers to resolve claims issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• An understanding of Medicaid claims auditing, configuration, pricing, and SLA reporting.
