Channel Sales Specialist

Description -


Functions

  • Establishing relationships with partners at all organization levels.

  • Drive SOW (Share of Wallet) growth in partners

  • Training and update on new Hp technologies and solutions

  • Serve as the expert to the partner for complex information regarding product and Hp processes.

  • Availability to travel within the country once per month.

  • Create and suggest new strategies to growth sales of Personal Systems

  • Serving as liaison between marketing and trade marketing teams

  • Creating, fill-in and managing funnel for deals with partners and transforms potential leads into joint sales activities.

Skills

  • Expert knowledge of the selling process and effective sales techniques

  • Excellent communicator and relationship building skills.

  • Pro-active, organized and excellent team player.

  • Relationship capacity with traditional companies nationwide.

  • Direction and management of teams up to 10 people between executives and promotors

Education and Experience Required:

  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Typically 3-5 years of selling experience at end user account or partner level.

  • Experience developing positive relationships and solving customer problems.

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
