Position Summary
The Director of Business Intelligence is a versatile, senior individual contributor and team leader responsible for turning data into strategic advantage across the organization. This role blends deep analytical capability with financial acumen, structured project management, and executive communication skills. The Director partners directly with senior leadership to develop financial models, track performance against plan, and drive cross-functional initiatives. While a strong technical foundation in data and reporting is essential, the ideal candidate operates with equal fluency in operational settings and the data environment — connecting analytical outputs to business outcomes and organizational priorities.

The expected base salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
