AstraZeneca is advancing its Commercial data transformation through the One Data Foundation, with a strong focus on harmonized, insight-driven data products that enable consistent, high-quality decision-making across the enterprise. To support this vision, GIBEX is establishing a governed suite of Level 2 and Level 3 data products and standardized performance metrics across Customer Engagement, Brand Performance, and broader commercial domains, creating a single, trusted foundation for insights at global, regional, and market levels.
The KPI Specialist plays a critical role within the One Data Foundation by establishing and maintaining a unified, governed enterprise KPI baseline that serves as the single source of truth across markets and business areas. Reporting into GIBEX, the role ensures KPI consistency, prevents duplication, and embeds standardized definitions, calculations, and metadata within Collibra.
Acting as the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making, the KPI Specialist partners with Markets, CAI, Commercial IT, and the Global Data Office to validate KPI requirements, challenge unnecessary complexity, and enable consistent, comparable performance measurement that supports commercial decision-making at scale.
