Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and provide guidance to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Contribute creatively to the team's success - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions - Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and technologies - Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components - Familiarity with Salesforce declarative development tools - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required
