About the Role
University students who are curious about insurance industry, open-minded to accept new challenges, able to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.Internship Period: 8 June 2026 to 14 August 2026
The purpose of our 10-weeks programme is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.
What you will learn and contribute:
Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Group Finance.
In the Integrated Reporting team, you may be involved in:
Finance closing & consolidation processes
Financial Reporting and analytics
Internal Controls and governance process for the group
Project support and coordination
Budgeting cycle for this team
In the Management Reporting & Planning team, you may be involved in:
User requirement collection, testing and rollout of the Group-wide finance management information system
Data verification and preparation of management reports
Strategic planning template revamp and budget data verification
In the Group Sourcing team, you may be involved in
Project coordination, such as project progress tracking and prioritization
Data collection & data analysis
Process analysis and reengineering, such as process mapping and updates
In the Group Taxation team, you may be involved in
Direct tax reporting (e.g., Interim tax disclosure note, effective tax rate analysis and other Group Tax deliverables, etc)
Direct tax compliance (e.g., HK profits tax return filing)
Various tax projects
In the Group CFO Office team, you may be involved in
Strategic initiatives support
Data collection and preparation of management reports
Corporate communication & event organization
What you will need:
Students from all background and field of study who are in your penultimate year of study
Excellent teammate and curious learner
Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast paced work environment
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong digital literacy required, proficient in Microsoft Office
