Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and development of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Manage the entire application development process, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, [MUST TO HAVE SKILLS]. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with [GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS]. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and architecture. - Experience in designing and developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and coding standards. - Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
