Job Description

Position Summary

This position is responsible for administering the life cycle of the service contracts and projects and contributing the growth of the business.  The lifecycle includes contract / project initiation, execution, fulfillment & billing, maintenance, renewals and reporting.  This person primarily interfaces with Rockwell Automation Distributors, and Business Unit personnel.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Provide high level administrative / operational support to Customer, Distributors, Business Leads and Business Manager.

Complete assigned administrative tasks on timely manner and with high accuracy.

Contribute in a team environment to meet the Lifecycle Services regional Annual Operating Plan.

Primary Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Monitor order received until order fulfilment. 
  • Coordinate order entry with respective teams to ensure fluidity of order entry process.
  • Ensure all required documentation is in place for order processing.
  • Follow up on orders to fulfill operational targets.
  • Maintain high level of communication with customers in all aspects of the services business.
  • Ensure business compliance in all related aspects.

Project tasks

  • Coordinate project order entry – service orders – procurement – executions – customer acceptance.
  • Projects Requisitions – Ensure all items are verified, ordered and delivered.
  • Subcontractor administration management
  • Maintain project tracking reports.

Training Management

  • Work closely with training coordinator on local training organization delivery.
  • Coordinate shipment of training gears with Logistics team.
  • Create / maintain training contract usage reports.

Maintain Contracts

  • Monitor contract performance by regular review.
  • Compile audit documents or other documentation for service delivery personnel.
  • Notify Distributors of their upcoming and overdue commitments.
  • Interact with internal customers to resolve customer commercial issues/concerns.
  • Manage the escalation of appeals process by prioritizing customer requirements.

Renew Contracts

  • Utilize databases to support service business leads.
  • Provide advance notification to Distributor/ Sales Staff of agreements expiry.
  • Follow up contract termination per procedures and processes.

Reporting

  • Prepare appropriate reporting to both internal and external customer.

Other Responsibilities

Ensure thorough familiarity with ALL Rockwell Automation Services Offerings. Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography.

Any other relevant duties as assigned by immediate Manager.
