Job Description Summary

The Industrial & Productivity Leader will be responsible for the overall development, implementation, and compliance of the CapEx for the site and is responsible for continuous productivity improvement programs in the plant, and other improvements on business objectives aligned with Safety, Quality and Efficiency in the Supply Chain.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Owns and champions safety record and safety culture,
  • Partners with EHS team to identify processes or equipment that can be improved to eliminate safety hazards.
  • Maintains the highest standards of integrity while complying with company initiatives and administering local policies.
  • Defines productivity targets in coordination with functional leaders.
  • Manage productivity Program for targets within 1 year, 3 year, and 5 years.
  • Manage Capital Investment budget, and ensure projects are delivered on time and in compliance with projects and provides guidance as necessary.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of productivity projects to reduce costs and improve business profitability.
  • Leads projects as well as coaches other project leaders on the implementation of projects.
  • Tracks, updates, and monitors projects and operational KPI's.
  • People leader for team of 4-10 Industrial and Manufacturing Engineers
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of robotic projects from concept to commissioning with factory teams & integrators
  • Manage LU Improvement Roadmap

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years within manufacturing quality related position)
  • Additional 10 years of experience in GSC functions.

Desired Characteristics

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems, lean principles, and digital transformation tools.
  • Ability to apply statistical methods to analysis.
  • Project Management Experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience and knowledge of ERP system (SAP)
  • Technical competency in the areas of quality, and manufacturing engineering

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,600.00 and $174,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
