About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner to lead and expand our strategic relationships within the manufacturing industry. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ needs and proactively identifying opportunities for new solutions and services.
  • Drive business growth by recognizing client challenges and turning them into opportunities for expansion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and drive continuous value for clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics to align business strategies with client needs.
  • Lead and support C-level engagements, ensuring strategic alignment between client business goals and company offerings.
  • Oversee contract renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and overall account profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand presence and networking with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in account management, client relations, or business development within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven success in managing and growing strategic accounts, driving revenue, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Strong C-level communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Fluency in both English and German is essential.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
