Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing lasting relationships with guests and patrons of the Food and Beverage Operations
• Coordinate events in outlets and Banquet setting for VIP and High-profile guests
• Ensure smooth operations and ensure guest services and products are delivered according to MGM standards
• Consult with outlet operators on menu and beverage planning to optimize the guest experience and revenue
• Maintain customer profile data bases and disseminates that information to the Restaurant Managers
• Ensure that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Handle VIP guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, follow through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily

Job Requirements:

• Over 10 years of Food & Beverage Industry sales and management experience in a 5-star hotel
• Michelin Star/ Forbes Five Stars Level Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant Background is required
• Experience in Greater China Region is required
• Bachelor's degree of above, preferably in Hotel, Catering Management or related field
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Must be able to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays
• With an in-depth understanding of Hotel and Food & Beverage group processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to plan into actions, creativity, and a drive to achieve optimum results
• Ambitious, highly motivated and ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment and a high degree of accountability
