The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Full-Stack Expertise: Highly skilled across a diverse technology stack including .NET, Java, Angular, Microservices, SQL Server, Oracle, and Shell Scripts. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge across all application tiers: the front-end, business layer, and back-end.
Project Management: Proficient in managing Project Tracking System (PTS) and Project Management Office (PMO) activities. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Technical Management: Combines process expertise with technology management, including server administration and configuration. Skilled in integrating new software and adopting emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Leadership & Communication: Possesses strong communication, planning, and execution skills essential for successful project delivery. Excels in coordination and stakeholder management to ensure clear alignment and project success.
AI Integration: Features hands-on experience in the practical application and adoption of AI within the development lifecycle. Actively integrates artificial intelligence to enhance software solutions and drive efficiency.
