Summary:

This key position supports the Japan Talent Acquisition (TA) team by leading key initiatives.  Main focus will be 1) Lead for New Grad Recruitment, 2) support TA Head/team and 3) develop strategic experience and skills to contribute in recruitment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• New Grade Recruitment
• Mid-Career Recruitment
• Invoice Handling for all Hires
• New Starter Set-up
• Assist TA Head
