Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in various areas, ensuring successful solution design and delivery. Your typical day will involve engaging with stakeholders, analyzing project requirements, and offering insights that drive project success. You will facilitate discussions, share knowledge, and support teams in navigating challenges, all while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence in project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
