Sabre Hospitality is looking for experienced and talented Web UI Developer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This team supports Sabre Hospitality’s “SynXis Booking Engine” using leading-edge JavaScript technologies including React and Redux as a Flux-based framework.

Responsibilities:

• Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools .

• Responsible for developing, coding, unit testing and debugging new highly complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity.

• Analyzes, debugs and/or assists in problem solving in both development and production environments.

• Understands, interprets and translates business requirements into the necessary designs and documentation.

• Assures code quality and adherence to coding standards on projects.

• Takes part in the Agile iterations planning and demonstration sessions

Must Have Skills:​

• Strong expertise in React JS

• Experience in Redux or Flux-based framework.

• 2-4 years of professional in Web UI Development using RESTful services.

• Expert in Web UI Technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JSON, Mobile and Responsive.

• Proven experience in core UI JavaScript concepts including modular and OO design, asynchronous programming, closures, callbacks, prototypes.

• Excellent OO programming skills.

• Experience in building multi-tier applications (user interface, intermediate layer, database)

• Expert in XML/Web Services (SOAP/REST)

• Understanding of TDD practices and experience with Unit Testing

• Unit testing, build automation, Continuous Integration

• Good communication skills - written and verbal

• Commitment to achieving projects goals and orientation to improve quality

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent
   

Nice To Have Skills:

• Expertise in other JavaScript frameworks such as AnjularJS, BackboneJS, NodeJS, EmberJS, KnockoutJS

• Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Qunit

• Experience with build, code package & source code management such as Bower, Yeoman, Grunt, GIT.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in Agile Development
