Mission

Lead & accelerate the affiliate’s transformation journey by developing and scaling  next‑generation commercial and operational capabilities in line with global pharmaceutical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Leadership

  • Lead the affiliate’s commercial and operational transformation, embedding digital‑first, consumer/HCP‑centric strategies aligned with enterprise vision.

  • Scale capabilities across omnichannel engagement, advanced analytics, marketing technology, personalized activation, and media optimization tailored to healthcare environments.

  • Strengthen evidence‑based decision‑making by integrating real‑time insights, market data, performance metrics, and predictive analytics into planning and execution.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and agility—enabling teams to adopt new digital tools, AI‑enabled solutions, and modern ways of working across medical, commercial, and access functions.

  • Partner with global and regional teams to align transformation initiatives with enterprise priorities & e platforms, compliance requirements, and medical/legal/ethical standards typical of regulated environments.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee Sales Operations ensuring accurate forecasting, segmentation, performance analytics, field resourcing, incentive plan governance, and omnichannel productivity measurement.
  • Oversee marketing operations.
  • Simplify and digitize processes to enhance operational speed, transparency, and scalability while respecting regulatory, data privacy, and quality standards.
  • Identify efficiency gains through technology‑enabled solutions, workflow redesign, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Essential Skills

  • Strong Strategic and analytical thinking with deep understanding of the pharma/healthcare landscape and customer journeys with key focus in consumer.
  • Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives and manage change across functions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial structures, field force operations, incentive models, and omnichannel engagement across the healthcare ecosystem. Excellent communication and cross‑functional influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with medical, commercial, access, finance, and global teams.
  • Ability to translate complex datasets, market signals, and performance metrics into actionable business insights.
  • High learning agility, resilience, and comfort navigating change and ambiguity.

Deliverables

  •  End‑to‑end affiliate transformation roadmap with capability‑building plans tailored to commercial, medical, and operational needs.
  • Digital and analytics‑enabled dashboards, performance tools, and insight platforms supporting real‑time decision‑making.
  • Accurate forecasting models, omnichannel analytics, and data‑driven recommendations that guide brand and field strategy to support decision-making.
  • Process improvement, digitization, and automation initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Adoption and impact metrics for digital, omnichannel, and transformation initiatives across the affiliate

Reporting Line

Reports to: Country Manager, part of affiliate lead team

Profile

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial strategy, operations, transformation, or digital roles.
  • Required experience: strong background in transformation. Recommended (at least two of them): strong background in digital marketing, data analytics, sales operations or consumer marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and partnering across local, regional, and global teams, different level stakeholder management
  • Experience working in regulated environments with strong understanding of compliance, medical/legal review, and data governance.
