About the role

As a Business Controller within Corporate Functions, you will play a key role in strengthening financial performance across the organization. You will collaborate closely with leaders in Sweden and contribute to insights, process improvements, and high‑quality reporting. This role is ideal for someone seeking responsibility, development opportunities, and the chance to influence future ways of working.

How you will make an impact

• Act as a strategic partner to leaders across Corporate Functions

• Analyze financial results, cost drivers, and KPIs

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end closing processes

• Develop and enhance controlling tools, processes, and systems

• Ensure accurate, transparent, and IFRS‑compliant reporting

• Contribute to a culture built on accountability, integrity, and collaboration

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar

• Experience from business controlling or equivalent analytical roles

• Strong accounting knowledge and excellent analytical capabilities

• Solid system knowledge, including SAP and MS Office

• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken

• Proactive, ambitious, collaborative and able to take ownership and drive progress
