This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:
Accounts Receivable Operations Analysts to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented collections department. You will provide customer service regarding collection issues while establishing relationships with internal and external customers.
Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor
Daily delinquency notices
Payment and billing reconciliations
High volume phone calls and emails to assigned delinquent customers
Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Internal and External collaborating to facilitate payments
Participate in team planning meetings
Able to build ad-hoc reporting utilizing NetSuite and Excel
Desired Qualifications:
2 -5 years high volume B2B collections & deductions/dispute experience
Must be an accounting graduate
Must be amenable to work on US hours
