Job Summary

Are you passionate about Mechanical Engineering? Introba is looking for an intern to join our Victoria office for the Spring of 2025. As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you'll be able to immerse yourself in diverse projects from HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection assignments. This internship is your chance to be part of a collaborative community where you can expand your knowledge and sharpen your skills through hands-on, meaningful work.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You Will Do

• Assist in setting up AutoCAD and Revit drawing files, including digitizing and cleaning up working drawings

• Support drafting tasks according to the provided mark-ups

• Ensure compliance with the Introba design checklist

• Follow Introba’s AutoCAD and Revit standards

• Coordinate mechanical requirements with other mechanical services

What You Bring to the Team (Competencies)

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment

• Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior

• Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements

Your Education and Experience

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

• An understanding of mechanical building systems, combined with a passion for sustainable design

• Familiar with AutoCAD

• Familiarity with Revit is an asset
