As a Product Owner/Scrum Master III, you will lead Agile and Scrum delivery teams, driving the development effort by clearly conveying the product vision and prioritizing work based on business value. Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team, you will ensure that the right product is developed within budget and on schedule. Your role will also encompass facilitating Scrum processes, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that team members remain productive and aligned with project objectives. You will independently determine and develop approaches to solve complex problems, leveraging your expertise to guide the team and support business goals. 

The proposed salary range for this position is $100,000 - $164,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
