Job Summary

The Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant charge capture, coding, and billing processes to optimize hospital and clinic revenue. This role conducts complex analyses of clinical and financial data, identifies revenue leakage, and implements process improvements to maintain compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. The Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert and collaborates with clinical, financial, and operational teams to drive revenue integrity initiatives across the organization.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience Requirement :

Five (5) years' experience in acute hospital or healthcare revenue cycle operations, coding, or revenue integrity required. Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and functions such as charge capture, audits, appeals, denials, and chargemaster required. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
